Discounted entries: Once registered for a tournament date, it can't be canceled, or exchanged for another date.
Non-discounted tournament team entry changes: If a team needs to change their registration to another tournament there is a flat $25.00 administration charge.
Non-discounted tournament player entry changes: If a player needs to change their registration to another tournament there is a flat $10.00 administration charge.
Non-discounted tournament entries changes:
If a player or team cancels their registration 21 or more days of the event there is a flat $25.00 administration charge.
If a player or team cancels their registration within 20 days of the event there is a $15.00 per player administration charge.
If a player or team cancels their registration within 14 days of the event there are no refunds or switching tournaments, no exceptions.
If a player or team is a no show, their funds are forfeit as per our "NO SHOW" policy.
If the event is canceled due to inclement weather please see our Inclement Weather Policy.
If an event is canceled for any other reason then inclement weather, we will either offer a full refund or roll over the team entry to any of our other events.
Refunds are made in the same manor in which they were received.
